In the fee is the following included:

Renting of helmet, boots, mine overall, flashlight and a fleece jacket.
A video guide to watch before you start exploring the mine by your self.
Stroll around the area and look for signs from the past when there was mining going on.

Bring your own small bucket or bag to collect your gems in.
