3.2 EMPLOYEES
At present, the company has one full-time, year-round employee with tasks in maintenance, new construction, activities with guests and inspections.
During the summer, the company brings in an additional 10 employees, and when needed during the rest of the year, the company brings in temporary employees.
The age of the employees varies between 16-39 years.
